Barney Rubble was always a hard worker. He would wake up before the sun rose and head to work at the quarry, where he would spend all day breaking rocks with his sledgehammer. At the end of a long day, Barney would come home exhausted and barely able to walk. But one evening not too long ago, he got an idea while watching Fred Flintstone on TV: what if there were some way for him to make even more money? So off he went into town in search of materials that could help him build something new. And it just so happened that Barney had stumbled upon the perfect solution: Stonehenge!
He thought that building Stonehenge might take a little more time than his usual construction jobs. But the pay would be much better, so Barney was ready to give it a shot! It took him about two hours to gather all of the necessary materials and set them in place at the quarry. And then he started work on one of the most important parts: finding just where exactly Fred wanted his new monument built. After measuring out an appropriate-sized circle with chalk, Barney began digging deep into the earth until he hit bedrock. He knew this was going to take some serious energy - but luckily for him, barney has plenty of stamina left after breaking rocks all day!
It wasn’t long before there were huge piles of dirt and rock all over the place, and Barney was feeling pretty tired. But he knew that if Fred saw his work so far, he would be happy to know that things were going smoothly.
How will they get this thing onto their property? That’s a question for another day! For now, barney is focused on building Stonehenge - which means working hard until it’s done!
The story of Stonehenge is one that we all know and love - but did you know the true, extraordinary tale? It’s not just about big rocks magically appearing in a field without any explanation. Instead, imagine if they were built by an animated cartoon character! Barney Rubble single-handedly took on the task to build this iconic structure for his family over many years.
What really happened behind those famous stones was only revealed recently through careful analysis of ancient materials unearthed at the site during extensive excavations carried out between 1964 and 1978. We now have evidence that it took no less than 144 people with smaller hammers for 20 months to shape 2000 tons of rock into 98 gigantic vertical pillars or “bluestones” weighing up to 50 tons each.
Armed only with a hammer and chisel, it’s easy to see how one person could have done the work of many at Stonehenge. Barney, being a hard worker and always eager to help out with manual labor, was the perfect person for this job. He would have taken on the task of building Stonehenge alongside his family which included Wilma as well as Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm who were all young at the time. Some people are always in need of help and don’t know how to ask friends or strangers; others just take all the time they can get.” “It’s unfortunate that Barney isn’t around anymore because there would be so much he could contribute today!” :[ - but this story proves that even if you’re surrounded by difficulties like lack of company or materials, it doesn’t mean you can’t do something great with what little you have on hand (or muscles)

One day, while doing his daily chores, Barney found himself at Stonehenge. His curiosity sparked by this place never seen before by him or anyone else around these parts, he started studying its structure for clues. With only rudimentary skills available to him- simple tools used back then like hammers and shovels- and the desire to learn more about this place, he started working on Stonehenge.
Sometime later after much work had been done on it and not without some help from friends of course Stonehenge was completed.
