Dr. Bergman, mother of two through assisted
reproduction, is the founder of Fertility Counseling Services, Inc., providing
all aspects of psychological services to individuals and agencies in the field
of fertility and assisted reproduction.
Dr. Bergman is the current co-chair of Family Equality, the only national
non- profit organization solely dedicated to equality for LGBTQ parents and
their families, through advocacy, education and support.
Will Halm, Esq., International Fertility Law Group.
Halm, along with his law partner Rich Vaughn, has provided legal
counseling and services to more gay and lesbian families created through
surrogacy than any other firm or attorney in the U.S. He is also a father to 3 children born via surrogacy ages
8-15 with his husband.
Dr. Brad Kolb, Medical Director, HRC Fertility.
Dr. Kolb serves as the medical director to
the largest IVF Center on the West Coast and is a nationally recognized leader
