Tabitha Freeman is a Research Associate at the Centre for Family Research, University of Cambridge. Her research addresses psychological, social and cultural aspects of new family forms, including families created by assisted conception. She collaborated on the first study to explore the new phenomenon of donor conceived individuals and their parents seeking contact with their donors and other families who share the same donor. She is currently working on a study of solo mother families, examining parent-child relationships and the psychological well-being of young children conceived by donor insemination to single women.
